YES,PRI FLAT RATE BOXES & Pri Flat Rate Envelopes are what we use unless otherwise notified by you> To make your shopping experience easy with Arctic Mermaid Mosaics I want to give you as much information as possible so that if you have any questions concerns you can e-mail us, we will be happy to call you if needed, place your order over the phone if you wish and get your order out as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on fast, reliable, friendly customer service. Now, since our site cannot calculate the Pri Mail Flat rate, it can only calculate the regular rates for orders, we REFUND you RIGHT back the difference in shipping. You will be surprized at how much we can put SAFELY in the flat rate envelopes and boxes.:) We can, however, ship Priority Mail or Parcel Post,UPS 2nd day and UPS Ground if needed as calculated on site. WE DO USE THE PRIORITY FLAT RATE BOXES and Flat Rate envelopes for 99% of our orders, safely, with Delivery Confirmation, re: If your orders total shipping goes over the amount of the Pri Flat rate for the medium $11.00 sizeboxes or the large $14.60, even if you have picked Parcel Post or UPS I will automatically ship in the PRI FLAT RATE box, (unless you have picked UPS 2nd Day, I will check with you first to be sure its ok for Pri Mail Shipping). Now, depending on how large your order is,it might take 2 Flat rate boxes, and so on. The envelopes are $5.60, we use those quite a bit also, safely. I do my very best to keep the shipping costs down all the while making sure your products are packed properly. You will be emailed the amount that has been refunded back to your card and a corrected invoice will be in your box. OVERSEASshipments: My site is set up for overseas shipping. Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard,Discover,American Express, Debit Cards as well as payment by check, money order. If you have questions please call or email us. When paying by check or money order I will ship your order as soon as payment is received and funds verified, that day or next day at latest. I will ship credit card orders that day or next day. All shipments will go out within 24 hours unless I am in waiting for a product or the such. Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment, 15% restocking fee applies.NO REFUNDS ON Custom Orders OR SHIPPING. Before returning any product, you will need to call or e-mail for an invoice number. PLEASE REMEMBER monitor settings can be different and may affect the way colors appear on the screen.
