PRI FLAT RATE BOXES> To make your shopping experience easy with Arctic Mermaid Mosaics I want to give you as much information as possible so that if you have any questions concerns you can e-mail me right away and we can get your order out as soon as possible.We pride ourselves on fast, reliable, friendly customer service, I can ship Priority Mail or Parcel Post,UPS 2nd day and UPS Ground. WE DO USE THE PRIORITY FLAT RATE BOXES with Delivery Confirmation re: If your orders total shipping goes over the amount of $9.60 (rates have gone up, $8.95 plus .65 delivery confirmation), even if you have picked Parcel Post or UPS I will automatically ship in the PRI FLAT RATE box, (unless you have picked UPS 2nd Day),if it goes over the price of 2 Pri Flat rate boxes- $19.20 you will know that I will be using 2 in most cases, maybe more depending on how large your order is, I use them to make the shipping less:). I do my very best to keep the shipping costs down all the while making sure your products are packed properly. You will be emailed the amount that has been refunded back to your card and a corrected invoice will be in your box. OVERSEAS shipments: My site is set up for overseas shipping. Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard,Discover,American Express, Debit Cards as well as payment by check, money order. If you have questions please call or email us. When paying by check or money order I will ship your order as soon as payment is received and funds verified, that day or next day at latest. I will ship credit card orders that day or next day. All shipments will go out within 24 hours unless I am in waiting for a product or the such. Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment, 15% restocking fee applies.NO REFUNDS ON Custom Orders OR SHIPPING. Before returning any product, you will need to call or e-mail for an invoice number. PLEASE REMEMBER monitor settings can be different and may affect the way colors appear on the screen.
